Metalysis’ solid-state metal powder technology is lower-cost and more environmentally friendly than traditional
melting production methods. It is proven at industrial scale, can generate high margins by manufacturing metal
powders for markets including 3Dprinting, and produce a huge range of metals and alloys.
Based in South Yorkshire, Metalysis’ Generation 4 (“Gen4”) technological expansion will complete in 2017 (hundreds of tonnes’ capacity). The next modular stage, “Gen5”, will present distributed manufacturing options for thousands of tonnes.
